Early Bird Pricing

Register early and save! Families who enroll by our early bird deadline receive a special discounted rate on camp tuition. Early registration helps secure your preferred session and ensures smaller class sizes for a more personalized experience.

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans to make enrollment manageable for families. Payment can be spread across multiple installments leading up to the camp session. Our goal is to make it simple and stress-free for parents while keeping your spot reserved.

Discounts

San Diego Film Camp offers several ways to save:

  • Multiple Camp Discounts: Sign up for more than one session and receive a reduced rate.

  • Siblings Discount: Enroll multiple children and enjoy discounted tuition for each additional child.

  • Referral Discounts: Refer friends and receive credit toward your camp tuition.

Scholarships

We believe every student should have the opportunity to explore filmmaking. Limited need-based scholarships are available for qualified families. Scholarship applications are reviewed confidentially, and awards are based on financial need and student interest.

How to Enroll

  1. Choose Your Camp Session – Review our available programs by age and skill level.

  2. Register Online – Complete the enrollment form and select your preferred session.

  3. Select Payment Option – Choose full payment or a payment plan.

  4. Apply Discounts or Scholarships – Enter applicable codes or submit scholarship applications.

  5. Confirmation – Receive a confirmation email with all camp details, including schedule, location, and what to bring.

2026 ENROLLMENT & PRICING SCHEDULE

CAMP PASS PRE ENROLLMENT: September 2025 - January 2026: $350 - $499

OPEN ENROLLMENT: February 1st - May 31st: $599 ($699 Advanced camps)

LIMITED AVAILABILITY: June 1st - August 15th: $699 ($799 Advanced camps)

Tuition and Fees Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason, you will be issued a transferable credit equal to the full purchase price. This credit can be applied to any NW Film Camp session through 2027. Students dismissed due to behavioral issues will not receive a refund; however, they may be eligible for a credit, subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that tuition payments are non-refundable.

  • Leadership and Team Building: Youth are expected to collaborate and work together in teams to produce their films. SD Film Camp instructors will challenge aspiring filmmakers to take on leadership positions throughout the collaborative filmmaking process.
